Reliable Honda iGX800 Fuel injected V-twin Motor. This is the most powerful model in its class, paired with industry leading fuel injection and updated electronics. This is truly a, “Smart Motor,” and the future of the industry. The iGX800 is capable of full diagnostic scans and is capable of providing a code for each type of error. This motor is offered in the TAPP configuration, which provides 26 recharging Amps, allowing this machine to be paired with hot boxes in the field.

 

Heavy duty US domestic steel frame with corrosion resistant industrial epoxy finish to ensure longevity and durability in the field.

 

Both the motor and pump have optimal length oil drain kits installed to allow for fast and easy maintenance. Any length on the oil drains can be manufactured in house to fit any configuration, upon request.

 

Designed for extreme Full Time duty and built with reliable state of the art components. Expect and get years of high volume service with maximum performance. Skid design features easy accessability to perform routine maintenance or service in a snap.

 

Includes HD battery cables manufactured in house to a standard 48” length; however, any length desired is available upon request. Ready for final connections to optional or existing battery. Battery not included.

 

The base unit features a HD GP TSF2221 Industrial pump matched with our durable V-Belt-drive. Requiring minimal skid frame space while offering a slow speed 2:1 power transfer that reduces pump RPM by 50% and minimizing wear and tear on the pump, plumbing and components.

 

Industrial Pump Drive

 

The V-Belt Drive system features a 2:1 RPM Power Transfer with 4-Groove V-Belt Cog- Drive, Extends Pump Service Life. 2:1 RPM Power Transfer with 4-Groove cog impregnated V belts.

 

Grade 8 bolts have been installed on the drive pulleys on belt drive units, offers a more secure taper lock to eliminate walking.

  • STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

    The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

     

    WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

    • This warranty does not include:

    • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended.

    • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.

    • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damages incurred during transportation

    • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance

    • Any used, previously displayed items

      The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such sates or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser.

      All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. We will not handle claims from the consumer directly. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

     

    CLAIM PROCEDURES:

    • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received.

    • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging.

    • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field.

    • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.

    • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible.

    • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

  • To Qualify for this Warranty:

    The Honda general purpose engine must be purchased from a Honda general purpose engine dealer or distributor authorized to sell that product in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. This limited warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and each subsequent owner during the applicable warranty time period.

    What American Honda Will Repair or Replace Under Warranty:

    American Honda will repair or replace, at its option, any part that is proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty time period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts or labor. Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of American Honda Motor Company, Inc. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as part of the original product and any warranty on those parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty.

    To Obtain Warranty Service:

    You must take your Honda general purpose engine, or the equipment in which it is installed, together with proof of original retail purchase date, at your expense, to a Honda engine dealer or distributor authorized to sell that product in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, during their normal business hours. Many Honda engine dealers and distributors are listed in the yellow pages of the telephone directory under gasoline engines, lawn & garden equipment & supplies, etc.

    If you are unable to obtain warranty service, or are dissatisfied with the warranty service you receive, take the following steps: First, contact the owner of the dealership or distributor involved; normally this should resolve the problem. However, if you should require further assistance, write or call the Power Equipment Customer Relations Department of American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
